Payment, Delivery, and Return

Door-to-door delivery is carried out by partner transport companies. The service is available in selected cities. Self-collection from pick-up points is also provided. Delivery on Saturdays is only available for prepaid orders.

Use cash or a bank card to pay for your order at the cash desk of the office or to the driver of the expeditor company delivering your order. Couriers do not accept cash; you can use a bank card or PayU. Bank transfer is only available to companies.

Please note that painted goods, cut products, facades on order, as well as custom-made mosquito nets are dispatched only after prepayment.

You can return or exchange goods within 14-100 days from the payment date if you have the receipt.
